Who you're contracting with

Brovider is operated by Matthew Vigna, a sole proprietor trading as Brovider ("we", "us"). By using Brovider you agree to these terms and are contracting with Matthew Vigna. If you use Brovider on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business, or that you are of legal age to agree to these terms yourself.

The service

Brovider provides AI receptionist services for businesses. On this website you can generate a free demo receptionist built from your public business information, talk to it, and subscribe for live use. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.

The free demo

The demo is offered per business and is limited to one per website. We may change, pause or end the demo at any time. Demos are for evaluating the service — please don't use them to run your business phones.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) in addition to these terms. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; see our Refund Policy for how refunds work.

Pricing shown on the site — including the founding customer offer — applies at activation. Before activation we'll confirm the usage allowance and any additional usage pricing with you in writing.

Your account and responsibilities

You confirm that information you submit (including your website address and business details) is accurate, that you have the right to use it, and that you'll keep it updated. Keep your account credentials confidential — you're responsible for activity under your account.

You agree to use Brovider lawfully, including complying with call-recording and notification laws that apply to your calls.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service. That includes: unlawful, deceptive or harmful use; fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; interfering with the service's security or infrastructure (including malware, probing, or scraping); attempting to reverse engineer it; reselling or redistributing it; circumventing technical limits; or abusing the demo. We may remove content, restrict outputs, or suspend accounts for misuse.

AI limitations and your content

Your receptionist is powered by AI. It's configured not to invent business information, but responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or imperfect. Verify important outcomes — especially anything urgent, safety-related, or contractual — before acting on them. The receptionist is not a substitute for professional advice.

You are responsible for the information you provide to configure your receptionist, for how you use its outputs, and for having the rights to any content you submit. You keep ownership of your content; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service. If a rights holder believes content infringes their rights, they can contact us at mvigna002@gmail.com and we'll review and remove it where appropriate. Repeated infringement may lead to suspension.

Intellectual property

We own the service and its intellectual property — the software, documentation, and Brovider branding. These terms don't transfer any of it to you.

Availability and warranties

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is", and we disclaim all implied warranties — including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages — including missed calls, lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill. Our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury, where the law doesn't allow it.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Brovider at any time. We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. When access ends, you may ask us for an export of your business configuration within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We're not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service launches; changes will be noted on this page. Questions: email mvigna002@gmail.com.
